Hi,
In the Print Output/Purchase order form - NEU/MEDRUCK
Can anyone tell me how to print all the line items when Purchase Order is changed? Currently the standard program just prints the changed items only in the PO form. Is there a way to avoid the custom development and use the standard program?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Ramesh

Ramesh,
In the configuration, you can set all the line items to be printed.

Hi all thanks for your inputs, Ravi where exactly in customization do we set the option to print all line items even when only one line item changed in the PO. That is the spot I am actually looking for.
Once again appreciate your prompt responses.
Thanks,
Ramesh

Ramesh,
Take a look at this path in the transaction.
Here it is. SPRO
Materials Management --> Purchasing --> Messages --> Fields relevant to printout of Changes.
The path itself is very clear that the output will be triggered upon modifying specific fields.
Take a look at this thread which discusses the same issue.

Ravi

Ravi, thanks for the pointer actually I am not sure if you got my question right. My issue was for new PO(ME21N) say PO has 2 items it prints both the PO's. When you do a change say changed qty for item 1 then the PO prints only the item 1 in the PO form. The requirement was to print line item 1 and line item 2. I believe the pointer you gave for the config setting basically decides which fields are relevant for changes.
Any how I figured a way without modifying the standard print program in the user exit I am reading back all the PO items and filling the internal table in that way apart from the changes it also prints other PO items.

Hi Ramesh,
the setting for the print program of PO is done via transaction NACE> EF>Output Type>Neu>Processing routine.. here u can set wat program gets triggered wen u print from ME21N..
Hope it helps,

Bikash
