Hi Friends,

I m trying to process the IDOC of basic type MATMAS03, to update the changes in the SAP system.

.

However it is getting failed giving status message 51 and error as "An error has occurred while changing the accounting data.

Can anybody let me know what could be the problem?

Using BD87, try to process the idoc in foreground. And check on which screen this error is coming. Probably while updating some accounting data, t he error is coming.

Hi Govind,

Plz check log. Are you getting every IDoc or only some Idocs,

If you are getting some IDocs you missing some data in segment plz check.

Thanks for your quick responce.

Yes some data was incomplete in the segment E1MVKEM(Inbound Idoc).

Is the problem to failed the Idoc.

Please let me know.

Hi,

The error emessage

"An error has occurred while changing the accounting data."-----> There is an error in while populateing the data in th ACCOUNTING view of MM02 trsnaction.

Check you are populating correct entries in ACCOUNTING View.

or else go to we19 , and enter the existing idoc number and test in Debugging mode to catch the error...

Rvert back if any issues,,,
