Material Request Notification

Dear all,

We are creating material request from EP and updating the material in ECC (each view separately) using ISR scenario WF.

We have around 800 fields in the material request. My problem here is, we have created one material request like 8 months back and entered many fields data using EP and everything is fine and WF is not updated the material in ECC since one view is pending with one of the user. And user is trying to enter the details now and in vain..

When i try to check the material request in ECC, it is showing only 30 fields instead of 800 fields ... Is there any way we can delete the fields in Material request ? This is something am facing very first time... and am clueless ... any one faced similar situations?

Any ideas on this... ( I know this is combination of ABAP, Workflow & ISR )...
