make SPP-element with Migration Cockpit. Function DMC_MIG_WBS_ELEMENT

Hello 🙂 I am trying to make SPP-element with Migration Cockpit. It shows no mistake, but no data was created in the end. There is functional module DMC_MIG_WBS_ELEMENT which I tested via SE37.

Here is the result.

Please, help! Why Migration cockpit doesn't create data?
