Is there any way of automatically mail the output list of a report which is sheduled as a background job.

Hi Will,

While scheduling the job in SM36, you have an option to define SPOOL RECIPIENTS.

Please mention the mail ids in it.

This is available in transaction SM36.

i mentioned the mail id in spool recipients but din get any mail

how must i add an external mail address to the user.

Hi,

Goto SU3 transaction

Enter the user id

In ADDRESS tab, COMMUNICATION section

Click OTHER COMMUNCIATIONS

Select INT - Email

Enter the mail id

SAVE

Goto SM36

Click Spool recipient

& enter the mail id

TO check

goto SM37

Check the status of job is COMPLETED

Check whether spool is generated

in SU3 when i select int - email a warning message 'no e-mail address is maintained for the address' is coming
