LSMW Idoc method

Hi Experts,

While creating material master through LSMW and IDocs method, I am getting the following error in step 13.

-Trying to create ; parameter of plant/parameter of storage location/ parameter of valuation area.

-Message number M3752 No material number transferred.

Material Numbers are to be internal, pls let me know if you have come across this problem.

Do I need to create the material master in different stages as per the views?

first create the internal material number with basic data and then use same bapi and update the remaing all the views which you want, use same BAPI for Create or change..... i am useing same program its working the materil number is external....

Hi Flavya,

The document you have mentioned is no doubt good but it is not mentioning anything regarding lsmw with IDOC method.

Do you have some other solution
