LSMW - BAPI - 51 - Application document not posted

Dear all,

Pls help me to solve this problem as below.

I use LSMW - BAPI to upload Purchasing Schedule Agreement.

Business Object       BUS2013                               Purch.scheduling agreement

Method                    CREATE                                Create

Message Type          PURSAG_CREATE                Create a Scheduling Agreement

Basic Type               PURSAG_CREATE01            Create a Scheduling Agreement

In step Start IDoc Processing:

I get the error message as below:

An error has occurred assigning data (E1BPMEOUTHEADER)

Message no. B1527

Diagnosis

To call a BAPI the IDoc data must first be assigned to the relevant BAPI interface parameters.

An error has occured when carrying out this operation, possibly due to an incorrect data type or data format in the segment E1BPMEOUTHEADER.

Procedure

Check that the data types in the IDoc data record matches the data types in the BAPI parameter.

I dont know how to fix it.

Could you pls tell me the detail steps to fix this issue?

Hello,

Have you passed all the mandatory values to that structure.

Check any mandatory field is missing or check the values passed to the BAPi as some data type mismatch would be.

Hi Swetha,

In step Maintain Field Mapping and Conversion Rules:

I cannot see field Agreement Date in E1BPMEOUTHEADER - Header Data Outline Agreement

This field is mandatory in Schedule Agreement creation.

Why field Agreement Date is not in E1BPMEOUTHEADER - Header Data Outline Agreement?

can it be that you did not assign the X-structures.

or in case you assigned them you missed to put a X into all fields that shall be updated?

for example:

the header data has 2 structures:

E1BPMEOUTHEADER

E1BPMEOUTHEADERX

the field content is entered/mapped in

E1BPMEOUTHEADER

the second structure E1BPMEOUTHEADERX has the same fields like the first, but here SAP expects that you set a value 'X' to all fields that you have values for in

E1BPMEOUTHEADER

In the second structure E1BPMEOUTHEADERX has the same fields like the first, I set a value 'X' to all fields that I have values for in E1BPMEOUTHEADER.

However I still get the same error message.

Could you pls see the screenshot below and give me more advice?

HI Any one please answer this ,same issue from my side as well ?I have changed Data type but PAC/HEXA due to to NETPR /TOTAL QTY fields in BAPI after Idoc same error above .if i keep in LSMW we are not allowing to run that file.Tried so many ways please do the needfu.
