Hi;
We have Lotus Notes7.0.3, and we are trying to run the "Request SAP Report", but we get the message error:
1) if i write the name of the report and then click the variant textbox with the mouse i get this error:
Report (Zxxx) does not exist.
2) if i write the name of the report and press ENTER i get this diferent error:
Unable to submit request report to SAP.
Problema interno (Función BAPI_XBP_JOB_ADD_ABAP_STEP)
The SAP account configured in Lotus Notes is Ok, if i press "Test SAP Conectivity" i shows a Ok message .
We already call to Lotus Notes Support but it seems they don't have any experience with this. We send a email explaining thhose errors and they just say that "those error are already fixed in version 7.0.2", but we have the 7.0.3 and got the same error. They don't say why it happens?.
i hope you can help me telling me why this happens? or tell me who has already configured the "Request SAP Report".
