LOOP ON INTERNAL TABLE WHERE

Hi All,

I want to do something like this

loop at itab into w_itab where

field cp '*'.

endloop.

The problem is that 'field' is typed RAW. And it gives me an error like this "<%_L0BB>-APZNR" must be a character-type data obj...

Does any one have an idea on how to fix this ?

Try this.

Data: char_field(50) type c.

loop at itab into w_itab.

char_field = w_itab-field.

check char_field cp '*'.

• Do something

endloop.
