Looking for Standard BAPI's

Hi All,

1. If I give Sold-to,should return Payer, Bill-to and Ship-to Party...Can anyone please let me know is there any standard BAPI ?

2.If I give Sold-to, Should return the Shipping Instruction text and so-on (Go to Sales Area data tab for a customer Trax VD03. Extras / Text. Function)...Is there any BAPI to retrieve the Text?

1) I don't see any BAPIs that would serve this purpose in my 46c system, BAPI_BUSPARTNEREMPLOYE_GETLIST looked good, but this is only for employee partners, not customers.

You can get this information from table KNVK and KNVP.

2. You can do that using READ_TEXT function.

Thanks for all of your efforts. Why I am looking for BAPI's means, client doesn't want to use any custom BAPI's or RFC's they want to use only standard BAPI's. They are using EAGLE system, they will import these bapi's into their system from SAP.

That's why we are looking for standard BAPI's which will survive our purpose.

When you use BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFOMDAT2 IN TESTRUN MODE, TESTRUN = 'x' and provide the Ship to, It will return the SP, BP, PY details. You will however need to pass a dummy material and just simluate the order.

This way might br usesful n getting the partner profiles.

Thanks for your efforts. This approach will not wotk out for us becasue it gives us n number of records.

We are looking for another BAPI which will pull-up INCO1 and INCO2(International Shipping Terms), if we pass sold-to, I know that we can retrieve these records from KNVV table but I am looking for standard BAPI.

If any one can provide me standard Bapi's for any one of my questions, that would be greatful. I will assgin you the reward points.

Dear Sai

Check RFC: CUSTOMER_PARTNERFS_GET. You need to pass the Sold-To Party & Sales Area to determine the remaining partners.
