Looking for More Efficient ABAP Programming!!

Hi, everybody!! I'm facing a problem that my program can not reach a satisfy level because of it's performance. I have already try to develop it several times but with same result. So, anyone here can help me or guild me??

is it Database Access Optimize problem?

or System Performance problem??

use slin tcode to check performance of your program

you can also use tcode st05 for checking performance of your sql statements
