Looking for Bapi for FB65

Hello All,

i need to post a credit memo, and was wondering if the BAPI BAPI_INCOMINGINVOICE_CREATE would work to do the same. Need to perform a functionality such that to check if IR is greater then GR then create a credit memo using FB65, so instead of using BDC on FB65 is there any specific BAPI for vendor credit memo ?
