Logo upload problems

Dear all,

I am not able to upload the color logo when i convert the image from jpg into tif using Microsft provided editors. Kindly suggest an alternative.

Pls go to www.irfanview.com/ and download the software and save your image as tif. Once you save, do not make any changes to the image until you upload. It should work.
