logo shape problem

hi friends

i uploaded logo using se 78 . my problem is in layout iam not getting exact shape . actually my logo shape is round but in print preview it is coming like oval shape . even i tried in smart form also still iam not getting exact shape .can any one know what problem .

Hi,

First Open ur BMP file in Windows Imazing and go to View and set Zoom 100%. Then save this as .TIFF file a.

Then upload using SE78.

Try this.
