Logo Print Problem

Hi

I am using smartform to print a form ,

i preview the logo is showing exact ,

when comes to print it is printing a solid dot.

may i know the cause for it.

can you check your printer settings whether they are compatible with LOGO printing?

hi,

did u do like this.

go to SE78> Graphic -> Import>

enter the file path on your PC (by using F4 help).

enter the graphic name for the system and select the graphic type and If required, set one of the printer attributes Resident in printer memory or Automatically reserve height.

and then Continue.

You can now include it in the Form Painter

That i allready i did , i can view but, while printing it is getting problem

Hi,

This is belongs to your printer settings. As far as development is concerned you dont need to worry about that. There is no error in your development.

If your tendency is to see the logo in the paper then you may ask your superior to change the printer settings

Its hardware problem ask hardware guys to install the latest drivers for image printing.

Nothing to be done on development side.
