Hi Savitha,

Check the tabel EKBE(PO history). This table has a record for each change that happens to the PO or subsequent docs of PO. Suppose u created GR with moment type 101 and cancelled it with mement type 102 then 2 documents will be created in EKKO with 101 and 102. Of cource u can check MSEG table also.(BWART field) if u know the material doc number.

If u dont know then u have to get the latest doc from EKBE based on time stamp which gives u crrent moment type.
