linking between the tables

Hi all.

i wish to know the common table between tables eban,ekko,ekpo and eket.

As their is no common key field although ebeln and ebelp are there but their check tables are different,

please guide me how to link these tables.

As my select query is showing the data available and read table is also showing the data coming but may be because the ebeln can be differnet for diffrent table thats why iam not geting any display.

please guide

Purchasing Doc (EBELN)

Item (EBELP)

EKKO

(Purchasing Document Header)

Purchasing Doc (EBELN)

EKET

(Delivery Schedules)

Purchasing Doc (EBELN)

Item (EBELP)

Delivery Schedule (ETENR)

For EBAN look for these fields relations to EKKO and EKPO

EBAN

KONNR(EKKO)

KTPNR(EKPO)

in EBELN filed also there in different types numbers like below based on Purchasing Document Category(BSTYP).. better ask your functional consultant wich category you need to display..

Hi,

Yes you are right !!

EBAN is for Purchase Requisition.

Get the EBELN and EBELP from this table against BANFN and BNFPO.

Pass this on to EKKO and EKPO. Data will be there if not deleted or archived. As you know this is Purchase Order Header and Item Table.

EKET for Scheduling. So Pass the same EBELN and EBELP to EKET and you will get multiple values based on the available scheduling agreement.

If still data is not coming then please check the query logic once.
