Hi all,
Can anyone explain me how to create my own report category?
Or else is there any report category which has the following:
three tabs: FURTHER SELECTIONS SEARCH HELPS SORT ORDER
Only selections block with following fields
PERSONNEL NUMBER
EMPLOYEE STATUS
PERSONNEL AREA
PERSONNEL SUBAREA
EMPLOYEE GROUP
EMPLOYEE SUBGROUP
Kindly help me to get a solution for this.

goto the <b>Attributes</b> of ur program.
in the buttom of the pop-up screen u can find a push button for <b>HR Report Category</b>, u can only see this button, if u've activated a LDB for ur program.

u can also follow this path in SPRO
Personnel Management -> Human Resources Information System -> Reporting -> Adjusting the Standard Selection Screen -> Create Report Categories

Can you let me know how to create report category in HR REPORT CATEGORY tab?
or is there any report category with the given selection criteria?

this is very easy.
1) go to your program in which you are using your LDB
2) go to attributes of the program
3) click HR Report Category
4) the popup you receive should have a Create Report Category button. Click it.
5) click New Entries button at the top.
6) Select your on-screen parameters/select options.
7) Save
