ldap access failed sap-ldap data integration

Hi, we are trying to update Active directory users data from sap hr personnel data, to do this we used

function mudule sp_ldap_receive_attiributes function module, so we achieved to create users from personnel data, but personnel data changes, users data can not be update, when we try to update active directory users we get these errors,

E |LDAPRC |053 |LDAP server cannot execute operation

E |LDAPACCESS |104 |LDAP_UPDATE failed

do you have any idea about tis situation, creation is ok but update fails ?
