Language problem while loggin to R/3.

Dear All,

I am having some requirement from my Chinese user, so when I am opening my R/3 ID in Chinese Language then on entering any transaction code, I am able to view few of the parameters name in Chinese and few of the parameters name in English this is happeninf for all transactions).

But I want that whenever I log in with the Chinese language then all the parameters name should be displayed in Chinese Language.

Kindly guide me on how this can be done.

Hi Jain,

Is the parent server is in chineese or english.

If it is in English, then there is no problem when you logging since all the text description are maintained in English Language in the parent server. Thus when you are logging in chineese there might be chances that some text are missed so you may not view in chineese language.

Hi Nishu,

Possibly the texts are not maintained in japanese language. But if they are not maintained then even English texts should not be displayed.

Check texts for both english login and Japanese login, are maintained in English only.

You may need to translate the text into chinese and transport it.

Please fallow below procedure.

Go to se38 and give the program name--> change -- > Goto -- > text elements -- > selections text -- > Gto -- > translation -- > enter your target language -- > press inter -- > in this screen maintain your descriptions.
