Key based encryption using AES 128 ECB Mode

Hi,

I want encrypt a string by using a key by AES128-ECB mode.

But as i have cheked i can able to do the encryption of string by using a key by AES-128-CBC Mode only. By using standard class. But i did not find any option for AES128-ECB MODE. plesae suggest whether it is possible in SAP or not if possible how we can do.
