Hi guys,
I have successfully applied several SAP Notes for HR module in a row which are actually fixes to its predecessor (1 note got released one after another to fix the same program).
Recently, SAP came out with a new note that requires me to manually change the ABAP source code for 2 includes.
I have managed to successfully amend 1 of the includes based on the instruction in the Note. However, there is 1 more include where i am unable to make changes directly although i have already gotten the access key from SAP.
I am only able to get the display mode of the source code. Whenever i try to access the change mode, i get prompted the following:
<b>Carry out modification comparison for REPS RPCEBAL1 first. No changes possible.</b>
I checked the diagnostics and it told me to go SPAU. Went there and i couldn't find the Note in the list (although i have selected all options in the Selection Screen).
So i went to SE16 and accessed table SMODILOG and changed to entry for that note.
Now, the note is appearing in SPAU. But instead of seeing the "traffic light" status symbols which normally appears, i'm seeing a green tick instead (no traffic light at all).
How do i proceed from here to make the system to prompt me the dialog box to keep the modifications so i can continue with amending the program based on the SAP Note instructions?
