JCO.Server could not create server function IDOC_ INBOUND_ASYNCHRONOUS

Hi,

I would like to send the data from SAP to non-SAP system by using basic idoc type "MATMAS03" whenever we will change the material based on some condition.

I can see the idocs in WE02 with status "03".

When I execute the the Tcode 'WE58", I am getting the errors "JCO.Server could not create server function IDOC_INBOUND_ASYNCHRONOUS'' .

These idocs are not going to nos-SAP system.

Plz give me the proper solution for this.
