ITS Version / IE Support

One of our dealer requires a different version of java than ITS.

How to findout ITS version in our system?

Is there any place that I can find which ITS supports IE7?

If any idea please let me know.

Hi Srinivas,

To find out your ITS version just start-up one of your ITS-services in the browse. Then right click on the HTML-page and choose View Source. In the top of the source you will find the version of the ITS.

To find out which version support IE7 look at http://service.sap.com/pam (product availability matrix).

Thanks for your information John. I checked view source and it displayed ITS, Version 6200.1018.52123.0

I think our ITS version is 6.2 am I right?
