Are you looking for ATP check??

FM: LE_ATP_CHECK_SINGLE provides a check by accepting VBELN and POSNR.

Also you can search for other FM by using ATP in SE37.

Hi,

You can use 'AVAILABILITY_CHECK' to check for material availability and use

LE_ATP_CHECK_SINGLE for VBELN and POSNR.
