Hi all
I am transfering the data from an internal table to .Dat file, using
open dataset filepath for output in text mode ENCODING DEFAULT.
transfer H_FHS TO FILEPATH.
I am on ECC5 unicoe compatible system.
the issue is the £ and $ sighn , in the .dat file are coming with some sepcial charaters....like
001D Chep Acc No.: 5000470238DLAN 5000470238 - £8.16 CHARGECustomer sample must be taken
does any body can tell how can I solve this issue

Hi
Did you check the font setting of your .DAT file. I think the problem is at your Font Setting as a result this problem is coming.

Rest all the characters are displaying correctly, the onlly problem is with £ and $ sign. Do you know what I need to do in Font settings.

I think you need to setting up the Font in the configuration. But I really dont have an idea but I heard that somewhere you need to setup the configuration for font.
