May be your requirement is to create a form based on user input.......

It can be achieved thhrough webdynpro and adobe forms.

If you are looking for a standalone driver program, then you can create a select option in the driver program. The driver program will get the input parameters and generate the smartform.

But if you are looking for that functionality in smartforms, adobe forms is the only option, as smartforms are not interactive.

You may need to create a structure like selection table in Se11 and you can use it in smartforms,
