Issue with Append structure

Hey,

When we had an older version of SAP R3 (4.6) we had the provision to append structure in std table(E1EDL11). but nw as the version is upgraded to ECC6 we are not allowed to append the structure in the standard table.

Hi,

Append struc should be added at the end of table so that we wont change the original in the middle.

Goto --> Append structures.

enter the name of the append structure

Define the fields of the append structure (must begin with ZZ or YY)

then activate it.

hmmm i dont know where you got this info, but in ECC 6.0 you still can append standard tables.

You can append a Custom structure starting with Z or Y to this structure by clicking on GOTO->Append Strucutre.

Make sure that you have a proper Enhancement category for the structure that you are appending.
