Issue while creating package(Dev Class) in SAP system from external system

Hi Guys,

I have created BDC Report to create a package(Development Class) in sap system and i am trying to run this report from external system using JCo. By doing this, I am unable to create the package and not even getting any error message. Can any one let me know the reason for this and also let me know if there is any limitation in doing this.

Thanks for the Response.

I am able to create the package, while running the BDC Report form SAP System. But When I am executing the report from external system, I am unable to create package.

Hi,

There should be problem in the parameter passing otherwise the Autorizations to create the package.

Check both.

Hi Guys,

The issue is solved. Initially, I was trying to Run The BDC using Transaction 'SE80'. Now I have changed it to 'SE21'. Now the Package is getting created.
