1. Meter reading order (AUFNR field)may be one of the order type in AFKO,AUFK and AFPO tables search for it.
2.ISU - is the SAP's industry specific solution for Utilities industry.

4.The easiest way would be to have a look at program SAPLEEDM_IMPORT_LOG (transaction EDM1) and see if that might not already answer all questions. Create a new customer variant transaction only for you (e.g. via SHD0) and enter the needed selection criteria. As far as I understand fom your question transaction EDM1 already provides that needed functionality.

Hi,
This component allows you to create a meter reading order for each register. The order contains register-specific data and information about the planned meter reading, such as the meter reader and the scheduled meter reading date. Meter reading orders can be created for:
Meter readers from the utility company
External meter reading companies
Meter reading by the customer

Meter Read Order is created through Transaction EL01 manually but mass meter read orders are also created by system itself.
System creates meter read orders depending on MRU and schedules record of the meter.
