is there bapi for create VA01-BILLING PLAN？

i have a request for create billing plan when CREATE VA01.I use the bapi-SPAN { font-family: "Courier New"; font-size: 10pt; color: #000000; background: #FFFFFF; }

BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2 for CREATE VA01.but it can not to create billing plan.could someone help me？thanks

thanks your help,i find that no bapi to create billing plan of VA01,so i make it by BDC!!!

BDC is OK!
