Is there any function module to get application component from view name?

Hello Community,

I am trying to create a report to check for issues in some CDS views and to notify the person responsible for the application component to which the CDS view belongs to. I wanted to know if there is any FM to get the details of the application component from the name of the CDS view. I want to find which application component the CDS view belongs to and also find the person responsible for it.

I would also like to know if there is a way to programatically create an internal incident in that component.
