I have Crystal Reports 2016 installed a Surface at the recommended resolution of 2736 x 1824. Everything else on my PC appears perfectly, but CR's toolbars and Start screen are microscopic. I enabled Large Buttons for the tool bar and that helps, but the start screen is still small. I need a way to correct this with having to switch my resolution back and forth every time I want to use CR.
