What toolling do you mean? Jetbrains is a company which provides different toolings. The most known one is IntelliJ. For IntelliJ (and not other tooling of Jetbrains) ABAP support is offered to my knowledge. So I guess you will find not tutorials in that area.

Main development environment for ABAP is Eclipse with installed ABAP Development Tools.

- legacy SAP GUI Editor (SE80) - not for modern ABAP development; does not support newer development objects like CDS Views

- for VS Code extensions are provided by the Community: no official SAP support + limited functionality

- S/4HANA Key User Extensibility ABAP Editor (web-based): provides limited ABAP dev cabapilities for key user extensibility scenarios on S/4 systems

Is that related to your question?

Maybe you want to write a proper question and ask what you want to reach.

If you would read the description of the plugin you would recognize that it is not a plugin for ABAP development.
