I have one outbound idoc. its status is 12.i'e it is dispatching from SAP correctly.

but in the middleware they are getting one error message called "Connection error "

Please tell me why im getting this error in middleware system even though idoc status is 12 in Production system in SAP.

Sounds like you SAP successfully sent the transmission, but the middleware is not picking it up. I've seen this connection problem usually when the auto log on password of the middleware is wrong or has expired.

Good Luck.

Hi,

What middleware are you using to integrate ?

You will need to probably ask the middleware team to investigate.
