Integration Java Product to SAP

My company had own Product of HR application developed by JAVA.

They want to integrate this Product with SAP.

Can i Know all the Prerequisites that I require to Integrate to SAP.

I Worked very Extensively in ABAP.

So please let me know what more I need to other than ABAP and with ABAP.
