1. first install Java..

2. secord install Oracle ...

3. SAP GUI with server...

to Install SAP ECC , HDD should be 250 GB..

follow this steps it is help full 2 u:

Hard ware Requirements:

SAP IDES ECC 6.0: DB Size: Oracle: 220GB, MS-SQL: 160GB; MAXDB: 220GB DB2 Win/Unix: 160GB, AS/400:280GB, RAM: 5GB

Software Requirements:

Windows 2003 server Operating system; Java: Jdk 1.6; Oracle (Oracle Installation master; Oracle Patches; Oracle client), Kernal (Kernal; NW Kernal SR2), Jce Policy, Exports (Total 11), Solution Manager Key, SAP GUI.

*Process for installation of ECC 6.0*

After the network connections are being checked, instillation of jdk1.6 into the server and the path is set in Environmental variable. The usage of Jdk is to run the execution of ECC exe into server because exe coding is written in java.

· In the initial step installation of Jdk is must. The next usage of JDK is to running the j2EE engine.

· Secondly Oracle installation, patches should be applied after the oracle installation (all oracle services are stopped to apply the patches).Then restart the system for staring all Oracle services.

· Third step is to start the installation master, apply required dump and continue the process. The time taken for over all completion of process will be around 10 Hrs.
