Hi Friends,

Could u plz tell me ..in pa30 is it possible to insert the data?, then how?.

then is it possible to delete the record which i was created for one person no, then how?

then while copying in pa30 where should the datas are to be copie...what is the purpose of copy..

Hi

definitely you can insert, delete and change records using PA30.

There are button available to do that. You first plz try and get back to me.

Hi Priya .,

Yes it is possible to insert data in PA30 , Click On Create Button On Application Tool Bar .

Simmilarly u can edit the record . please check with the Appication tool bar .

Hi,

You can insert Data for a employee in PA30.

Use Create button to create new records for the employee.

Again you can change or delete records for the particular employee you have already created,

hi,

in transaction PA30, u can either create, edit, display, copy or delete a record.

before performing any operation, u need to specify a "Personnel number" whose data u need to modify. then u need to specify the infotype number that u want to modify.

then u can click on one of the buttons that are displayed on the top of screen based on your requirement.

for inserting data, u will need to "create" a new record.

for deleting a record, u first need to click on the "delete" button.

for copying a record from an existing record, u need to click on the "copy" button.

"copy" is used when u need to create a record which has data similar to a previous record but only with changes in one or two fields. this will save time to re-enter all the duplicate data.
