INFOTYPE- DELETE SUBTYPE

HI,

I have created an infotype at the begining I'd consider Subtype Field, Now I have to delete it but When I try to do that , The TX PA30 , it Show me a message and it say "No subtypes exist for infotype 9216" someone knows How i can eliminated the subtype.
