Infoset query - dynamic variant creation

I have created an infoset query that takes contract creation date as the input and this field is used as the filter criteria in the query.

The requirement is to create a dynamic date field(for the contract creation date) for a selection help variant for this query. Is this possible? If yes, please provide the procedure on how to acheive this?

The query will be having a selection screen, the dynamic date variants are clearly explained in sap help and is frequently discussed in forums. Please search for it once.
