It would be gud if it is using classes rather than Business Objects as i know Classes well.

Or you suggest me the best way to learn Work flows.

Check the Link below. This is SAP Workflow Material and it has all the Details and also has some Example Workflows in it which would explain most of the concepts and also cover almost everything.
