Incompletion Log during Quotation

Hi,

We are using SAP standard BAPI to copy and change quotation as per our requirement in R/3 from Portal. It's working fine and correctly updating partner and other information. When we are checking quotation through VA23 in R/3, it showing incompletion log for Personal number and Address Indicator. I checked the original quotation and copied quotation, but there is no difference.

When we are doing same activity in R/3 using VA21 transaction for copy with same information and partner, we are not getting any incompletion log for the copied quotation. I have checked customization setting and for incompleteness the procedure are correctly maintained and it's showing the same error message.

What would be the reason for the incompletion log ?

Sorry Expert, It was Customer Master Issue. If Sales Document created with Sold To Customer where Partner is not maintained and we are copying that sales document to another then it is not copying all Partner.
