Including inetrnal table as deep structure

All ready Iam having a internal table and I want to add a new internal table inside the old one as deep structure. How can I do that?

in the type of internal table....make one internal table tyoe

eg:

types begin of ty

pernr type pernr_d,

tab type ztab,

end of ty.

itab type standard table of ty.

here ztab is a structure...

so in itab ztab will be appended

We can do. If we need internal table like IDOC and its Segment at that time we need like this.
