ASAP Methodology:

1) [b<u>]Project preperation</u></b> - It consists of identifying team members and developing strategy as how to go.

2) <u><b>Business Blueprint</b></u> - consists of identifying the client current process, reqeirement and how SAP provides solution. Consists of detailed documentaion

3) <b><u>Realization</u></b> -This phase is to implement all the business and process requirements based on the Business Blueprint.

4) <b><u>Final Preparation</u></b> - This phase is to complete testing, end-user training,

5) <u><b>Go Live and Support</b></u>

Hi,

Here are those steps

1)Project preparation: Deals the Landscape of the systems and project team

2)Business Blue print: Legal doc. between the client and the company(implementer)

3)Process Design:Design of Fucntioanal spec based on the business requirements

4)Realization: Technical development,coding,testing etc

5)Go-Live: The project end date

5)Support & Maitainance: Support to the enduser
