If the error number is above 50 means it is said to be the problem in sending system..Is it true

hi,
generally error is indicated in sending system with numbers 51 and 56.
51 Application document not posted
56 IDoc with errors added
the status in 53 means data sent from sending system but also 50 means there might be problem in recieving system.so check in reciever system.
