how to create an idoc and attached to sap transaction? for example, we want to trigger IDOC to other system we save the PO via ME21N

Hello Christy

Whithin the PO transaction choose button <b>Messages </b>(from application toolbar).

Choose your <b>Output Type</b> and select <b>Medium = EDI</b>.

Depending on the <i>dispatch time</i> (end of row) the message will be sent either immediately or later (scheduled job for <b>RSNAST00</b>).
