1. Is there any tcode to access files in application server?

2. Could anyone pls tell me how to handle inbound idoc?

if you have sample code pls send it to me [email protected]

outbound idoc FM will be triggerred by change pointers but how the inbound idoc fm will triggered....

Use WE16 for file handling...

seems you are new to ALE/IDoc plz get the book "ALE/EDI and IDOC Technologies for SAP" By Arvind Nagpal..
