hi all

iam sending PO data from sap to external system using ale and idoc..if user changes deletes or edits PO data then it is the same idoc or different idoc..or is there any other mechanism for it

You can user IDOC type PORDCH01 for PO Change

You can also use IDoc ORDERS05 with message ORDCHG, when you setup the partner profile in WE20 check the box for changes message in the message control tab.

Hi,

When the application document is changed or meant to be changed you`ll have to use relevant idoc types. No idocs would be sent if somebody deletes the whole document.
