We are using release 4.6 and our customers are using release 5.0

We need to work on Idocs . Will the release make a difference?

Hi

When you are sending data from Lower versions to Higher there won't be any problem

Where as if you send from Higher versions to Lower

some fields/ in certain tables may not be compatiable

so there will be a problem..

A good starting point is to use the same IDoc Types.
