How do you send IDoc 2 an external system & how to convert IDoc to another format inorder to allow the external application to process it?

please consider the following thread discussing outbound Idoc (remember that customizing must be filled correctly!)

In the specified process you need to use Middleware system to map SAP & Non-SAP(Xternal System).

It could be any EAI Tool like Mercator,Seebeyound Etc. Or else u can use XI System.

These tools will map the data b.w to systems.

Normally there will be a separate team for this.

In this case from SAP side we have download IDOC structure to map with other sytem fields
